Our Programs
The Marshall County Career Innovation Center (MCCIC) utilizes nearly 25,000 sq ft of shared-use space on Plymouth High School's campus, the Lincoln Education Center, and satellite locations throughout Marshall County. The reuse of space allows for the expansion of our three focus areas: Career Technical Education (CTE) programs, post-secondary high demand career pathways, and Marshall County employer driven training.
Our Adult Education program helps individuals gain the necessary tools, education, and training to secure meaningful, well-paid employment. We help young adults as well as experienced workers connect with mentors and employers in the community.
A strong economy hinges upon a skilled workforce. When there is a skills gap, local businesses are less competitive globally. Collaborating with stakeholders, MCCIC provides the avenue in which employers and individuals can access critical training resulting in increased proficiency and productivity.
